ROUND 1  
Flat Base Row 1 (48 dc total around)
*work in the round
- Make a slip knot
- Chain 22
- Skip, 2 chains (1st and 2nd chain, from the hook)
- 3 dc into the 3rd chain
- 1 dc into the next 18 chains
- 6 dc into the last chain
- 1 dc into the next 18 chains
- Back to the 3rd chain, make 3 more dc
- slip stitch into the 1st dc

Flat Base Row 2 (60 dc total around)
*work in the round
- 2 dc into the next 3 stitches
- 1 dc into the next 18 stitches
- 2 dc into the next 6 stitches
- 1 dc into the next 18 stitches
- 2 dc into the next 3 stitches
- Slip stitch into the 1st dc

ROUND 2
ROW 1(60 dc total around)
- Make 1 dc into each stitch around 
- slip stitch
ROW 2 (60 dc total around)
- 1 dc into each stitch around
- slip stitch, cut and secure the yarn

ROW 3 (Tulip leaves)

- Attach the green yarn and chain 1

- Make 1dc, ch2, 1dc into the same stitch

- Skip 2 stitches,1dc, ch2, 1dc into the same stitch (Repeat the process around)

- Skip 2 stitches and slip stitch into the 1st dc

- Cut and secure the yarn


ROW 4 (TULIP FLOWERS)

(work in the V stitch)

- Attach Rose Pink Yarn, chain 1

- Make 5 dc into the same v space

- Pull the hook out of the loop

- insert the hook into 1st dc

- Draw the loop into the 1st dc

- Slip stitch

- Chain 2

- Make 5 dc into the same v space

- Pull the hook out of the loop

- insert the hook into 1st dc

- Draw the loop into the 1st dc

- Slip stitch

- Chain 2

(Repeat the process around)

- Slip stitch into the first tulip flower

- Cut and secure the yarn


ROW 5 (60 dc total around)

- Attach the White Yarn, chain 1

- Make 3 dc between the Tulips

( Repeat the process around )

- Slip stitch into the 1st dc

ROW 6 (60 dc total around)

- Make 1 dc in each stitch around

- Slip stitch, cut and secure the yarn


ROW 7 (Tulip leaves)

- Attach the green yarn and chain 1

- Make 1dc, ch2, 1dc into the same stitch

- Skip 2 stitches,1dc, ch2, 1dc into the same stitch (Repeat the process around)

- Skip 2 stitches and slip stitch into the 1st dc

- Cut and secure the yarn

ROW 8 (TULIP FLOWERS)

(work in the V stitch)

- Attach Purple Yarn, chain 1

- Make 5 dc into the same v space

- Pull the hook out of the loop

- insert the hook into 1st dc

- Draw the loop into the 1st dc

- Slip stitch

- Chain 2

- Make 5 dc into the same v space

- Pull the hook out of the loop

- insert the hook into 1st dc

- Draw the loop into the 1st dc

- Slip stitch

- Chain 2

(Repeat the process around)

- Slip stitch into the first tulip flower

- Cut and secure the yarn


ROW 9 (60 dc total around)

- Attach the White Yarn, chain 1

- Make 3 dc between the Tulips

( Repeat the process around )

- Slip stitch into the 1st dc

ROW 10 (60 dc total around)

- Make 1 dc in each stitch around

- Slip stitch, cut and secure the yarn


ROW 11 (Tulip leaves)

- Attach the green yarn and chain 1

- Make 1dc, ch2, 1dc into the same stitch

- Skip 2 stitches,1dc, ch2, 1dc into the same stitch (Repeat the process around)

- Skip 2 stitches and slip stitch into the 1st dc

- Cut and secure the yarn

ROW 12  (TULIP FLOWERS)

(work in the V stitch)

- Attach Soft Yellow Yarn, chain 1

- Make 5 dc into the same v space

- Pull the hook out of the loop

- insert the hook into 1st dc

- Draw the loop into the 1st dc

- Slip stitch

- Chain 2

- Make 5 dc into the same v space

- Pull the hook out of the loop

- insert the hook into 1st dc

- Draw the loop into the 1st dc

- Slip stitch

ROW 15 (Ruffled)
- Make 3 dc in each stitch around
- Slip stitch into the 1st dc

Attach the ribbon as pouch string
